My approach is gentle, practical, and tailored to each individual. Using solution-focused hypnotherapy, I help young people to:

 
  • understand how their brain works
  • calm their nervous system
  • build confidence and self-belief
  • improve focus and performance
  • develop emotional resilience
 

Sessions are always age-appropriate and focused on creating a sense of safety, empowerment, and progress. We have a lot of fun!

Working with Young Athletes

 

In sport, mindset is everything. But confidence isn’t something you can simply “think your way into”; it’s something you feel.

 

I work with young athletes to:

 

  • Manage performance anxiety
  • Stay calm under pressure
  • Bounce back from setbacks
  • Strengthen focus and consistency
  • Reconnect with enjoyment and flow

 

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about creating the internal state that allows performance to happen naturally.

Free Initial Consultation

In this free and no obligation initial session (50 mins) we’ll explore how hypnotherapy can help you. I’ll be gathering some information and explaining how the brain works and reacts. From this session you’ll walk away with a better understanding of hypnotherapy and how we’ll be working together. You’ll also take away a free recording to use in your own time to help ensure progress outside of the therapy room.
