The Session

Each session combines:

  • Focused conversation (psychotherapy using various methods including NLP, CBT and Transactional Analysis)
  • Guided trance (hypnosis)

Trance is a completely natural state and one you move in and out of throughout the day. In this state, we can work directly with the subconscious mind, the part responsible for habits, emotions, and automatic responses.

This allows you to:

  • Create new patterns
  • Rehearse new ways of being
  • Experience change from the inside out

The process is deeply relaxing, but purposeful. It’s not about escaping reality. It’s about preparing yourself to meet it differently.
